Sandefjord, 15 January 2025: Jaan Ivar Semlitsch has today informed the board of directors of Komplett ASA that he will step down as President & CEO to take over as CEO of Apotek1 Gruppen.
The board will initiate a process to find his successor and will consider both internal and external candidates. Semlitsch will continue in the position until 1 August 2025.
Jaan Ivar Semlitsch has been President & CEO of Komplett ASA since February 2023. In order to ensure continuity while maintaining the strategic direction and targets communicated at the capital markets day last year, the group's main shareholders have signalled that they will recommend to the upcoming annual general meeting to elect Semlitsch as the new chair of the board following his resignation.
Today, an internal announcement has been made that Morten Johnsen will take over as CEO of Komplett Services in Sandefjord as of 15 January. Johnsen comes from the position of CFO of Komplett Services, succeeding Erlend Stefansson.
Komplett Group had a positive conclusion to the year in a gradually improving market. The group is continuing to work on commercial measures and cost efficiency. The figures for the last quarter will be published on 13 February, in line with the financial calendar.
