Sandefjord, 9 April 2026: The nomination committee of Komplett ASA has submitted the enclosed recommendation to the general meeting of Komplett ASA, to be held 6 May 2026.
The recommendation pertains to the election of members and chair to the board and to the nomination committee, as well as determination of remuneration of the board and the nomination committee.
