On 26 September 2024, the extraordinary general meeting of Lea bank ASA was held. The protocol is enclosed.
All items on the agenda were resolved in accordance with the proposals. Following this, Lea bank ASA will continue the process of merging Lea bank ASA with its subsidiary Lea finans AB (to be renamed Lea Bank AB). Lea finans AB holds a Swedish banking license and will be the surviving entity in the merger.
