As a result of the global uncertainty caused by the recent outbreak of the novel coronavirus COVID-19, the board of directors today made the decision to postpone the annual general meeting. The meeting was originally scheduled to be held on April 28, 2020.
The board of directors' previously communicated resolution to propose a dividend in the amount of SEK 1.50 per share is unchanged for the time being. However, Lime's board of directors continually assesses the situation and consequently the proposal may be revised prior to the annual general meeting.

The annual general meeting will be held in Stockholm on June 29, 2020 at 15.00 p.m. (CET). This press release does not constitute a notice to the annual general meeting. Lime will publish the notice no later than four weeks prior to the new date.
