The property Växjö Svarven 1 comprises 7,935 m2 of lettable area and a total plot area of 20,209 m2. The premises are used for manufacturing, warehouses and offices.
The tenant Willo AB is a leading company in the manufacture of high-quality critical precision parts. The company, which was founded in Växjö in 1956, today has customers from many parts of the world and delivers products in the Medtech, Energy, Industry and Moldtech segments. The tenant has conducted its business on the property since the 1960s.
"Today we have taken possession of the property Svarven 1. We look forward to a successful collaboration together with Willo and the opportunity to develop the property. The transaction is another step on the company's continued growth journey where we are now investing the funds we received from the bond issue in November. We are acquiring a modern and energy-efficient facility where we plan to environmentally certify the property in 2025," says the company's CEO, David Träff
