Amendment to the SEK subscription price of Loudspring's rights issue

Loudspring amends the SEK subscription price of its rights issue (released on February 17th 2022) according to instructions received from Euroclear Sweden.
The subscription price per Offer Share in Sweden has been modified to include only two decimals according to instructions received from Euroclear Sweden. The new subscription price per offer share in Sweden is SEK 1,09 (previously SEK 1,096). The subscription price per Offer Share in Finland has not been modified.
The amended terms and conditions of the offering are attached to this release.
