The financial statements for the financial year 1/7 2022-30/6 2023 will, as in previous years, be prepared in accordance with the "Danish Financial Statements Act."
In August 2022 the Company ( Loyal Solutions A/S, Ticker = LOYAL) announced a planned adoption of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), commencing with the financial statements for the financial year 1/7 2022-30/6 2023. Upon further evaluation, the Board of Directors has decided to postpone the implementation the IFRS standard for at least another year.
The financial statements for the financial year 1/7 2022-30/6 2023 will therefore,as in previous years, be prepared in accordance with the "Danish Financial Statements Act."
