Mandatum Incentives Oy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mandatum Life Insurance Company Limited, will merge into Mandatum Life Services Ltd, a company also wholly-owned by Mandatum Life Insurance Company Limited, as a sister company merger in accordance with the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act. The effective date of the merger is 31 May 2025, and no merger consideration will be paid. The rationale behind the merger is Mandatum's aim to simplify its group structure.

 

Mandatum Incentives Oy has provided consulting services on short- and long-term incentive schemes. After the merger, the provision of these services will continue unchanged, with the Mandatum Incentives Oy's employees joining the newly formed Mandatum Incentives team.

 

Mandatum offers companies extensive reward and compensation consulting services, including basic remuneration systems, market salary comparisons, personnel funds, and short- and long-term incentive systems. A reward and compensation solution is created to support the achievement of a client company's strategy and goals, and to increase the long-term company value. An effective reward system helps clarify employee goals, reward good performance, and improve employee motivation.
