NimTag A/S, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mendole A/S ("Mendole"), has entered into a contract with Adserballe & Knudsen A/S regarding the roofing renovation project Carlsro ABC, located in Rødovre.
The contract concerns renovation of existing roofing structures and has a total contract value of approximately DKK 25 million. The agreement covers a period of three years and is scheduled to commence in early 2026.
The contract forms part of Mendole's ordinary course of business. Revenue will be recognized over the contract period.
The contract is assessed to be of non-material importance to Mendole's operations and overall financial position and does not affect the company's financial guidance.
