Mendole A/S (the "Company"), ISIN: DK0064307672, ticker: MENDO, listed on Spotlight Stock Market, hereby announces that shareholder proposals to be considered at the Company's Annual General Meeting 2026 must be received by the Company no later than 10 February 2026.
Shareholder proposals must be submitted in writing by email to investor@mendole.com.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on 24 March 2026, subject to formal notice. The notice convening the Annual General Meeting, including the complete agenda and proposals, will be published in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association, the Danish Companies Act, and the rules of Spotlight Stock Market.
