Styrelsen i MENUPAY informerar att Kim Lykke Sommer, VD, har valt att säga upp sin anställning med anledning av ett annat erbjudande som innebär att han blir Head of Sales Affinity på Tryg. I enlighet med anställningsvillkoren kommer Kim Lykke Sommer kvarstå i tjänst till senast slutet på juli 2020. Styrelsen har påbörjat en process för att hitta efterträdare till Kim Lykke Sommer och närmare information offentliggörs längre fram.
Erik Lorenz Petersen, Styrelseordförande: "Kim has been our CEO since 2014. He has been a valued member of the management team and has made a huge contribution to the success of the business. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank him for his work over many years and wish him every success in the future".
Kim Lykke Sommer, CEO: "I have been with MENUPAY for five and a half years and have hugely enjoyed my time at the company. However, I do believe it is time to move to the next stage of my career. I leave the company with many quarters of growth and a newly released state-of-the art app that MENUPAY can build their future on. I am very confident that MENUPAY will continue to deliver strong results in the future".
