Tomas joins MSAB with over 20 years' leadership experience in software product management, customer service operations and program management at companies such as Tieto Evry, Telia Company, "3" and Framtidsfabriken. He comes most recently from a role as Director of Product Management at Calabrio Inc., an American company delivering technologies for contact centers.
