MilDef's growth in integration services has led to the business outgrowing its existing production facility north of Stockholm. Existing business premises limit further expansion, why MilDef has agreed with real estate developer LEJE Fastigheter AB on the construction of a new office and production facility in Rosersberg. The new property will offer MilDef business-adapted production premises and offices. All with the highest focus on the needs of the business and the employees' work environment.

With the investment in a new office and production facility a natural hub for the part of the business that works towards the Swedish market is created. The location is chosen based on access to both highway, air and public transport. The new facility is also part of the consolidation of the company's rental premises in the Stockholm region.
