Copenhagen, Denmark - Today, Movinn has received the final approvals for launching in Lund. The property is located in a prime location in Stortorget, right in the historical city center. There are 11 units in total and it will be a mix of studios and one beds. The Company's coliving product, Movinn Coliving will also be launched in the property - a perfect option for the younger professionals and international students attending the world renowned Lund University. 

There property is handed over on the 1st of october and will be put into operations immediately after. 

CEO, Patrick Blok, states: "This launch is in line with our long term strategy for Sweden as we are now covering two key markets in the country. It also shows the market, that we are able to effeciently source the desired units internationally, which is an important part of implementing our going-alone strategy in Sweden. The launch is upping our geographical reach, it diversifies our activities further and it obvioulsy provides us with some parralel growth tracks.
