Warloe is currently CEO of Kiwa Norway. Kiwa is an international company with more than 12 000 employees, with offices in more than 35 countries. He has a master's degree in engineering from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and a Master of Management degree from Norwegian School of Management BI.

"Multiconsult has strong expertise across a wide range of disciplines, and I look forward to getting to know the organisation and the many skilled people who work there. Multiconsult has demonstrated continued performance and value creation, and I am eager to contribute to further strengthening its resilience and ambitious growth strategy," says Warloe.

Current CEO Grethe Bergly will continue in her role until the handover.
