Nexam Chemical, a leading innovator in the field of high-performance additives for plastics is pleased to announce a substantial increase in order volumes from Japanese partner Sumitomo Bakelit. The confirmed order volumes have risen from 2 MSEK per annum to 6 MSEK per annum. This increase aligns with the volume projections announced in 2022, reinforcing Nexam's strong foothold in the High Performance segment.
Nexam Chemical's relationship with Sumitomo Bakelit began already back in 2013, starting with small-scale commercial orders following initial verification. The partnership has grown steadily, with Sumitomo Bakelit utilizing Nexam's products in temperature-resistant lacquer for microprocessors. This growth signifies the strength and reliability of Nexam Chemical's innovative solutions in high-performance applications.
