The Board of Directors of Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ) has appointed Mr. Jørn Barkenaes as interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately.

Mr. Barkenaes has held executive positions in several international companies operating across a broad range of industries, including financial advisory, oil and gas exploration and production, renewable energy, road and railway construction, shipping, trade and distribution, as well as process industries related to metal production and component manufacturing.

He brings extensive board experience from more than 40 board positions and holds a strong academic background with specialization in corporate finance, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance. Mr. Barkenaes holds an MSc, an MBA in Finance, and is a Certified European Financial Analyst.
