Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ) ("Nidhogg" or the "Company") announces that in September 2025, the Company has completed the third phase of its ground-based magnetic surveys within the exploration permits Vintjärn-Kölen, Kölen no. 7 and Lilla Björnmossen in Falun Municipality, Dalarna County.

The surveys are part of the Company's ongoing exploration program in historically iron ore-producing areas in Dalarna. The purpose is to map and verify magnetic anomalies and geological zones that may indicate ferrous bedrock. The work has been carried out with portable magnetometers and GPS, with measurements taken every ten meters along lines spaced at 100-400 meters apart. The method is non-invasive and causes no disturbance to the ground.

The latest survey confirms the strong magnetic anomalies (>52,000 nT) previously observed in the Vintjärn-Kölen area. The results show that the magnetic zone extends over more than 4,400 meters in an easterly direction from Vintjärn's central shaft towards Kölen with a north-south extension of about 460 meters on average. The measured magnetic anomalies display a continuous structure that probably forms part of the historically known "Åg ore" deposit, rather than two separate anomalies.

The measurements within the adjacent exploration permit Kölen no. 7 confirm elevated magnetism further east, in accordance with the Geological Survey of Sweden's (SGU) aeromagnetic maps. So far, ground magnetic measurements have confirmed about 500 meters of the magnetic zone within Kölen No. 7 in an east-west direction and another of about 700 meters within the easternmost part of Vintjärn-Kölen, with an extension in a north-south direction of about 600 meters.

Distinct high magnetic anomalies have been identified at Lilla Björnmossen, which are consistent with historical drilling data from the 1950s that showed magnetite-impregnated gneiss and the existence of a historically active mining area.

In the license area, strong magnetic anomalies were recorded, measuring 1,000-2,000 nT higher than those observed in the Vintjärn-Kölen surveys. The magnetic zone extends approximately 600 meters east-west and about 1,000 meters north-south, indicating that nearly the entire surveyed area exhibits values above 52,000 nT. Aeromagnetic data from the Geological Survey of Sweden (SGU) also show elevated magnetic responses south of the area covered in the current campaign, suggesting that the total extent likely exceeds 1,000 meters in a north-south direction. The results confirm that Lilla Björnmossen represents a highly promising target for further exploration.

The next steps in the Company's work include:

1. Completion of the magnetic surveys on the southern part of Lilla Björnmossen and Kölen no. 7.
2. Creation of an updated magnetic map based on all field campaigns and historical data/information.
3. Geological modelling and development of drilling recommendations for the next step in the exploration phase.

The planned field campaign in Tuna Hästberg could not be carried out due to illness. A new timetable for implementation will be communicated as soon as possible.
