Nidhogg Resources Holding AB: Nidhogg Resources informs about the Administrative Court of Appeal's rejection of the exploration permits Vintjärn and Kölen no. 6

Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ) ("Nidhogg" or the "Company") announced on 19 August 2025 that the Administrative Court in Luleå had rejected the appeal concerning the extension of the validity period of the exploration permits Vintjärn and Kölen nr 6 in Falun Municipality. The Administrative Court's ruling was subsequently appealed to the Administrative Court of Appeal in Sundsvall, which today issued its ruling rejecting the appeal. The permits are held by Big Rock Mineral AB, in which Nidhogg holds 10 percent and has the option, through an earn-in agreement with Big Rock Energy AB, to increase its ownership to 100 percent.

The two permits cover a total of approximately 128 ha of the approximately 1,346 ha project area covered by the earn-in agreement. Other exploration permits in the area, Vintjärn-Kölen, Kölen No. 7 and Lilla Björnmossen, are not covered by the judgments. Neither Nidhogg's wholly owned exploration permit Vintjärn-Södra, the Company's agreement regarding the properties Vintjärn 6:47 and 6:49 with mine shafts, buildings and tailings, or the granted permit for crushing at Vintjärn 6:49 are affected by the judgments.

The Board of Directors has received the judgments and is now internally reviewing the options available to secure the Company's continued interests in the Vintjärn area. This includes, among other things, a possible appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court and other options of the areas.

The company will return with information when the Board has decided on the way forward.
