Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ) ("the Company") announces that during the second half of September 2025, the Company will carry out ground-based magnetic surveys within its exploration permits in Tuna Hästberg and Vintjärn-Kölen, Dalarna County.

The purpose of the surveys is to map and verify geological structures and potential mineralization in the area, in line with the Company's strategy to develop resources from historically iron ore producing regions. Previous investigations have shown clear magnetic anomalies indicating iron-bearing bedrock, making the areas particularly interesting for continued exploration.

The surveys will be conducted on foot using portable magnetometers and GPS equipment, with readings taken every ten meters along lines spaced 50 to 100 meters apart. The method is environmentally friendly and involves no off-road driving, drilling, or other ground disturbance.

"This is the third stage of our geophysical surveys in Vintjärn-Kölen, with previous phases carried out in November last year and June this year. The results have shown homogeneous and high magnetic anomalies over an area of approximately 5,100 meters eastward and 600 to 700 meters north-south from the Vintjärn's central shaft, indicating iron-bearing bedrock. We will also map our permits in Tuna Hästberg to identify geophysical anomalies around the historical mines," says Carl-Adam Andersson, Project Manager at Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ).
