Ahead of the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on June 12, 2025, shareholders of Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ) have proposed that Steven Din, together with the previously proposed board member Daniel Sjöholm, be elected as new members of the company's Board of Directors. Board member Mats Ekberg has announced that he will step down from his position upon his own request due to personal reasons, and his seat is now proposed to be filled by one of the nominated candidates.

Steven Din is an internationally recognised expert in the mining and metals industry, with over 25 years of experience in the natural resources sector. He has previously held senior positions at Rio Tinto, where he worked across various geographies and in multiple commodities, including iron ore and copper. His leadership is characterised by pioneering international mining projects, with a strong focus on sustainable and rapid development in emerging markets.

Steven is currently leading projects in West Africa for a major player in the mining and steel industry.

The decision on the appointment of new board members will be made at the Extraordinary General Meeting on June 12, 2025.
