Nightingale Health Plc's Annual Report for financial year 1 July 2021-30 June 2022 has been published. The publication includes the Board of Directors' Report, the Consolidated and Parent Company Financial Statements, the Corporate Governance Statement, and the Remuneration Report.

The Annual Report, Board of Directors' Report, the Consolidated and Parent Company Financial Statements, the Corporate Governance Statement, and the Remuneration Report are attached to this release and are also available on Nightingale Health's website at www.nightingalehealth.com/investors/.

Nightingale Health will publish the Auditor's Report to the Financial Statements at a later announced date approximately within a week. The Auditor's Report is expected to be unqualified. The Auditor's Report is released after the release of the Financial Statements due to the transition to report in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS") instead of the Finnish Accounting Standards ("FAS") as of the financial year ended on 30 June 2022, which has caused a delay in the release schedule of the Auditor's Report.
