The Board of Nilar International AB has appointed Jørgen Krogh as the new interim president and CEO. Jørgen Krogh has more than 20 years of leadership positions, focusing on sales and business development. With a background from Ymer Technology AB, Buccma Energy and Olaer, Jørgen Krogh has experience from developing and turning companies around within the energy sector.
- Jørgen Krogh has repeatedly exhibited strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to convert technology into commercial success. This also constitutes an important step in the strategic review being carried out by the Board in order to secure the company's financing. We look forward to continuing our close cooperation in the future, says Gunnar Wieslander, Chairman of the Board of Nilar International AB.
Jørgen Krogh will assume the role with immediate effect and is tasked with implementing changes aimed at increasing Nilar's profitability. The Board also initiates a process to find a permanent CEO for Nilar.

Erik Oldmark leaves his role as CEO of Nilar to take on new challenges and opportunities. The Board wishes to express its gratitude to Oldmark for his valuable contributions which have moved Nilar many steps forward.
