Nivika Fastigheter AB: Nivika completes property transactions in Vetlanda

Nivika Fastigheter AB (publ) ("Nivika") has completed the divestment of the residential properties Hygiea 3, Banken 14 and Banken 18 in Vetlanda to a local investor. At the same time, Nivika has taken possession of the commercial property Trucken 7 in Vetlanda. The transactions were announced on July 3, 2026, and all conditions for completion have now been satisfied.

The divested residential properties comprise more than 10,000 square metres of lettable area and generate an annual rental value of approximately SEK 14.4 million. The agreed underlying property value amounted to more than SEK 170 million. The acquired property, Trucken 7, comprises approximately 6,500 square metres of lettable area and generates an annual rental value of SEK 3.1 million.
