Sandvika, 17 December 2025 (OSE: NORCO): Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 5 November 2025 regarding Norconsult ASA's ("Norconsult") agreement to acquire Metier Group AS ("Metier"). The acquisition has been successfully completed today, following satisfaction of all closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
The acquisition has been completed based on an Enterprise Value of NOK 480 million, on a cash-free, debt-free basis, with a normalised level of working capital. The final payment for the shares is NOK 475 million.
