The Repurchase Offer was made in connection with the two subscription periods under LTIP 2022/2025, the second of which runs for a two-week period from 18 August 2025 up to and including 1 September 2025. The acceptance period for the Repurchase Offer for the current subscription period started on 27 August 2025 and ended on 29 August 2025. The number of Warrants outstanding amounted to 55,878 before the Repurchase Offer, translating to 56,995 ordinary Nordnet shares after adjusting for dividends paid since the Warrants were issued. The price per Warrant amounted to SEK 105.77 in the Repurchase Offer, equivalent to the calculated market price based on the closing price for the Nordnet share on Nasdaq Stockholm on 29 August 2025.

Through the Repurchase Offer, Nordnet has now repurchased an additional total of 42,996 Warrants. Payment for repurchased Warrants will be in the form of 16,503 newly issued ordinary Nordnet shares, equivalent to a dilution of approximately 0.0065%, based on the number of shares in Nordnet after the issuance. Each share paid to a Warrant holder was assigned a value of SEK 275.40, equivalent to the closing price of the Nordnet share on Nasdaq Stockholm on 29 August 2025.

After the end of the acceptance period, 12,882 Warrants are still outstanding and can be exercised for subscription of new shares up until today.

After the end of the acceptance period the total number of ordinary shares in Nordnet amounts to 250,197,899.
