Nustay A/S ("Nustay") has today announced that its bankruptcy application has been approved by `Skifteretten' (the Danish court handling bankruptcies and liquidations). Skifteretten has also appointed Anders Hammer Hansen, from Brockstedt-Kaalund Advokatpartnerselskab, as trustee to handle the bankruptcy process.

`Skifteretten' (the Danish court handling bankruptcies and liquidations) has approved Nustay's bankruptcy application and has appointed Anders Hammer Hansen, Advokat (H) and partner at Brockstedt-Kaalund Advokatpartnerselskab, as trustee.
