Clinical article has been accepted for publication - UnoMeter[TM] Safeti[TM] Max

Oslo, 20 August 2026 - Observe Medical ASA (the "Company" or "Observe Medical") is pleased to announce that an article with clinical relevant data related to the Company's UnoMeter^TM Safeti^TM Max has been accepted for publication by  Journal of the Healthcare Infection Society: Infection Prevention in Practice (IPIP), an open access companion title to the respected Journal of Hospital Infection, in Journal of Hospital Infection.

The article "Evaluation of retrograde bacterial migration in a prototype urinary drainage system with a silicone oil barrier" has been authored by Martin Slettengren M.D. PhD. and Professor Jan Van Der Linden, M.D., Ph.D. of Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, and has been peer-reviewed by independent experts in the relevant field. 

The Company believes that this acceptance represents an important scientific validation of its technology and supports the continued commercial development of the UnoMeter^TM portfolio.
