Oslo, 25 September 2025 - Observe Medical ASA (the "Company" or "Observe Medical") announces further progress in the Italian market.
The Company's distributor in Italy has secured a public tender to supply UnoMeter™ products into the largest region in Italy, corresponding to an estimated olume of approximately 240,000 units annually for a period of three years.
Following extended cooperation, Observe Medical has also entered into a mutually exclusive distribution agreement with the distributor for the UnoMeter™ product family in Italy. In addition, the Company has received a significant order related to this agreement.
Jørgen Mann, CEO of Observe Medical, commented: "Italy has historically been one of the markets where the UnoMeter™ products have held the highest market shares and by winning the largest region in Italy which represents more than 15% of the market, on top of the already gained business, secures a strong growth for Observe Medical and a solid basis for further market share expansion".
