ODI Pharma: Publication of year-end report 2025/2026
ODI Pharma AB ("ODI" or the "Company") hereby publishes its interim report for the period July 2025 - June 2026. The report is available as an attached document to this press release and on the Company's website (www.odipharma.com). Below is a summary of the report.
"The 2025/2026 financial year marked a significant step forward for ODI Pharma, with substantially higher sales, improved profitability and a strengthened position in our core market. We completed the year with four consecutive quarters of positive EBITDA and three consecutive quarters of positive net income, while also ending the period free of interest-bearing debt. This provides us with a stronger foundation as we enter the new financial year and continue to develop the business in Poland and across selected European markets." - Volker Wiederrich, Chairman of the Board, ODI Pharma.
Third quarter (2026-04-01 - 2026-06-30)
- The Group's net sales amounted to SEK 3,197,373 (6,461).
- The Group's profit after financial items amounted to SEK 153,040 (-1,660,970).
- Result per share amounted to SEK 0.01 (-0.09).*
Twelve months (2025-07-01 - 2026-06-30)
- The Group's net sales amounted to SEK 32,915,945 (3,133,879).
- The Group's profit after financial items amounted to SEK 1,987,683 (-5,929,115).
- Result per share amounted to SEK 0.11 (-0.35).*
- The solidity as of 2026-06-30 was 45% (9%).**
* The Company's result per share: The result for the period divided by the number of shares at the end of the period. The total number of shares as of 30th of June 2026, amounted to 18,330,419 (18,330,419) shares. The result per share based on the average number of shares of 18,330,419 (16,784,210) amounts to SEK 0.11 (-0.35) for the twelve months 2025-07-01 to 2026-06-30.

Highlights during the third quarter
- Following solid operational cash flow in recent quarters, ODI Pharma repaid the remaining EUR 150,000 of its outstanding working capital loan in the beginning of June. ODI Pharma is now free of interest bearing debt and better positioned to focus on executing its growth strategy.
- A new commission-based contract through the Swiss subsidiary contributed to the net income of the company.
