Olvi plc: Transfer of Treasury Shares Under Share Plan
The Board of Directors of Olvi plc has resolved on directed issuance of shares without consideration to transfer a total of 500 Olvi plc Series A shares held as treasury shares to the company's CEO under Performance Based Matching Share Plan 2023-2025 and in accordance with the terms of the plan.
Information on the establishment of the Performance Based Matching Share Plan was provided in stock exchange releases on 16 October 2023.
The transfer of shares is based on an authorisation granted to the Board of Directors at Olvi plc's General Meeting of Shareholders on 26 March 2024.
After the transfer, Olvi plc holds 21.214 treasury shares.
