OmniCar has chosen to partially register the rights issue with the Swedish Companies Registration Office in order to be able to book out shares as soon as possible and get part of the issue proceeds paid out. The partial registration has now been registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office, which has resulted in an increase of 115,497,424 shares and votes, respectively.

Through the registration, OmniCar's number of shares increased from 106,042,328, corresponding to 106,042,328 votes, to 221,539,752, corresponding to 221,539,752 votes, and the share capital increased with SEK 11,549,742.40 from SEK 10,604,232.80 to SEK 22,153,975.20.

OmniCar will in a separate press release inform when the second and final partial registration of the rights issue has taken place together with information about the last day of trading in paid subscribed shares.
