Chairman Petra Bendelin previously explained that OmniCar has the need to increase the capital base but only a limited portion of the asked increase of shares is necessary to reach a positive cash flow. She clarifies; "The focus for OmniCar 2023 is to create the foundation for a truly scalable business with positive cash flow. A scalable and sustainable business model is a corner stone for future expansion. The next transaction, that will enable the Company to reach profitability, will require around 11 MDKK and approximately 25,000,000 shares." Investors will be invited in the early part of 2023, to hear more about the strategy going forward, including international expansion to key European markets.

CEO Mikkel Kofod Christensen adds; "A scalable business model starts with a team dedicated to deliver best in class customer value. During 2023 we will continue to build our winning team and develop and automate our customer journey alongside with trimming the processes. We see great potential in utilization of vans by optimizing way of working."
