The Company hereby calls for  an extraordinary general meeting to be held on Friday 5 December 2025 at 12:00 hours (CET) to, inter alia, resolve (i) the approval of an audited interim balance sheet, (ii) the share capital reduction required to carry out the Rights Issue, and (iii) to ratify and update the resolution to increase the share capital in connection with the Rights Issue adopted at the general meeting of the Company on 4 August 2025.

The extraordinary general meeting will be held electronically through Lumi AGM.
