Share subscriptions based on stock options 2018C
A total of 62,900 Optomed Plc's new shares has been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2018C on 25 October 2024.
For subscriptions made with the stock options 2018C the entire subscription price of EUR 220,150.00 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.
After the trade registration, the total number of shares is 19,693,297.
The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2018C have been registered in the Trade Register on 13 November 2024, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.
The shares will be traded on the main list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares as of 14 November 2024.
