Results of OrderYOYO A/S' ("OrderYOYO") extraordinary general meeting on May 24, 2023
Today, OrderYOYO held the extraordinary general meeting in accordance with the notice and the agenda announced on May 9, 2023.
The following resolutions were adopted:The authorisation in section 6.1 of the company's articles of association to issue warrants was updated whereby the board of directors may decide to issue warrants under this authorisation to Denmark's Export and Investment Fund (former Vækstfonden) on terms as set out in appendix 3 to the company's articles of association.
The company's articles of association were updated to reflect the adopted resolution at the extraordinary general meeting.
OrderYOYO's updated articles of association, including appendices, are available on OrderYOYO's website.
The adopted resolutions will be filed with the Danish Business Authority as soon as possible after the extraordinary general meeting.
