Pandox AB (publ) has appointed Mikael Hultqvist as new SVP Property Management, with overall responsibility for property management and property development. He will join Pandox's group management team and will start his position no later than June 2025.
Mikael Hultqvist has extensive and solid experience from senior roles within the construction and real estate sectors. Most recently, he held the position as CEO of Serneke Sverige and prior to that, he spent 14 years at Peab in various management positions.
