The board of Parans Solar Lighting AB (publ) has appointed Anders Koritz as the new CEO. He succeeds Helen Forsling, who announced her leaving the company. It should be noted that Anders Koritz had been the CEO of Parans for five years before January 2021. Anders will start on 30 March 2021.
"Ander Koritz is a key figure in Parans's success in attracting QPT's investment in Parans. We have conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on QPT's strategic investment in Parans and on the development strategy of Parans and how to develop the global, especially Chinese market. As the CEO of Parans, he has excellent leadership skills, international vision and unique insights into the Chinese market. I think that Anders' appointment as CEO is fully in line with Parans' strategic development needs. With Anders Koritz as CEO, Parans will get the right leadership to achieve rapid sales growth and soon reach the goal of profitability," Parans Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Xiqing Sun commented.
