Tuomas Jääskeläinen (MSc, Tech) has been appointed VP, Technology and R&D and member of the Management Team of Foamit Group, a subsidiary of the Partnera Corporation. Jääskeläinen started in his new position at the beginning of March. Jääskeläinen has long experience in the industry and at Foamit Group, where he worked in responsible production positions in the Finnish unit from 2010 to 2018. Jääskeläinen returns to Foamit Group from SGGC GmbH, a German company and a world leader in foam glass technology and production plants.

"I warmly welcome Tuomas back to the Foamit Group team. His strong and diverse skills and international networks will contribute to the implementation of our growth strategy. The group-wide role is a new one and will help us to strengthen the level of our product development," says Valtteri Raunio, Interim CEO of Foamit Group Oy.

"Partnera will support Foamit Group's strong growth towards its strategic goals. Organizational development and strengthening of competence are key to the implementation of Foamit strategy. The extensive investments that have already been initiated in the production facilities in Norway and Finland are important steps on the way to even stronger growth," says Jussi Lappalainen, Partnera's Interim CEO.

"Seven years ago, I left Uusioaines Oy and now I am returning to Foamit Group, which has developed into a major Nordic circular economy company. The change has been big, and I believe that with my own expertise and the strong support of the team, we will continue the success story of Foamit Group," says Tuomas Jääskeläinen.
