The Levla project consists of two apartment buildings with 63 apartments, two rows of terraced houses with a total of six terraced houses and a listed common courtyard that will be carefully renovated to preserve its origins.

LKF is strongly focusing on climate and sustainable construction in the project. Peab and LKF have together evaluated different construction methods concentrating on achieving the lowest possible climate impact. Among other things, the project will use climate-improved concrete, design solutions will be climate-adapted and reuse will be used wherever possible.

"We want to show that climate-smart construction doesn't have to be complicated. By thinking in new ways and collaborating closely with our contractor, we can significantly reduce our climate footprint," says Anneli Olkvist, Project Manager for Levla.

The project is a turnkey contract in collaboration. Work will start in the first quarter of 2026 and the project is expected to be completed in the autumn of 2028.

The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter 2025.
