The contract is part of the City of Stockholm's efforts to develop Stockholm's Meatpacking District into a lively and sustainable city district. The project, which prioritizes sustainability and the climate, entails building and reconstructing streets, pipeline work and fine grading in the eastern part of Stockholm's Meatpacking District. The work will be done completely fossil free by using emission-free machines. Reuse will be particularly focused on and all excavated soil will be recycled to contribute to circular material flows.

The project is a traditional contract. Work will start in December 2025 and is expected to be completed in 2029.

The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter 2025.
