The press release concerned the Court of Appeal's conviction of two former employees for aggravated insider trading related to their actions in connection with a financing arrangement in the spring of 2019. The press release also stated that, as a consequence of the convicted individuals' actions, the Company has been ordered to pay a corporate fine of SEK 500,000.
