Peptonic Medical AB ("Peptonic" or the "Company") today announces the outcome of the exercise of warrants of series TO6 ("TO6" or the "Warrants"). In total, 6,855,452,671 TO6 were exercised, corresponding to approximately 60.2 percent of the total number of outstanding TO6, for subscription of 6,855,452,671 shares at a subscription price of SEK 0.0011 per share. Through the exercise of the Warrants, Peptonic will receive approximately SEK 7.5 million before deduction of issue costs and set-offs.

The exercise period of TO6 took place from and including June 1, 2026, up to and including June 12, 2026. The subscription price per share for exercising the Warrants was set to SEK 0.0011.

In total, 6,855,452,671 TO6 were exercised for subscription of 6,855,452,671 shares, meaning that approximately 60.2 percent of all outstanding TO6 were exercised.

Exercised TO6 have been replaced with interim shares (IA), pending registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The interim shares are expected to be converted to shares within approximately three (3) weeks.

Shares, share capital and dilution

Through the exercise of TO6, the number of shares in Peptonic increases by 6,855,452,671 shares, from 20,724,567,314 shares to a total of 27,580,019,985 shares. The share capital will increase by SEK 685,545.2671 from SEK 2,072,456.7314 to SEK 2,758,001.9985. For existing shareholders who did not exercise any TO6, the dilution amounts to approximately 24.9 percent of the number of shares and votes in the Company.
