PHI's corresponding patents concerning synthetic antibodies in the US and Japan were granted in 2020 and 2022, respectively. In spring 2023, PHI established the subsidiary (https://phiab.com/pressrelease/phi-creates-a-subsidiary-for-the-anticipated-eu-patent-concerning-synthetic-antibodies/) PHI MIPS AB to house the synthetic antibody patent family and facilitate its business potential for the GlycoImaging project (https://glycoimaging.mau.se/)'s outcome.
