Photocat A/S has today entered into a license agreement with a Danish company specialising in water-treatment facilities and consumer chemicals. Under the agreement, the licensee will assume responsibility for commercial execution and deployment of Photocat's patented photocatalytic technology.

The agreement has a total contractual value of DKK 5 million - DKK 2.5 million payable at signing (2025 recognition) and DKK 2.5 million as a one-time royalty expected to be recognised in 2026.

The transaction does not change Photocat's financial guidance for 2025.
