Pihlajalinna has published the 2024 Annual Report
Pihlajalinna's Annual Report for 2024 has been published on the Company's website at the address investors.pihlajalinna.fi.
The Annual Report includes the Report by the Board of directors, the Audited financial statements, the Auditor's report, the Assurance Report on the Sustainability Statement, and the Remuneration Report. The Report by the Board of directors includes the Corporate Governance Statement and Pihlajalinna's first Sustainability Statement, which has been compiled according to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
The Annual Report is published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in XHTML format. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags.
The audit firm KPMG Oy Ab has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Pihlajalinna's ESEF financial statements in accordance with ISAE 3000.
The Annual Report is attached to this release as an XHTML file as well as a PDF file.
