Med-tech company PolarCool AB (publ.) announces that the Australian Men's Rugby League Team - the Kangaroos will provide PolarCap® during the ongoing Ashes Series against England.
The Australian men's national rugby league team will evaluate PolarCap® for the acute management of concussions during the ongoing Ashes Series against England, taking place this autumn (2025). The first match of the series was played over the weekend.
Australia is one of PolarCool's key markets, and the agreement with the Kangaroos marks an important milestone in the company's growth-both locally and as part of its broader international expansion. The management of concussion in rugby league is a central focus for Polar Cool. In Europe, PolarCap® is already in use by several professional clubs across England and France.
The Ashes is one of rugby league's oldest and most prestigious rivalries - it returns for the first time in 22 years. First contested in 1908, the series represents a historic clash between the two nations and a major highlight in the international rugby league calendar.
