Med-tech company PolarCool AB (publ.) has extended its agreement with the Georgian Rugby Union, the governing body for rugby in Georgia, which has used the PolarCap® System for the men's national team over past season to treat players with concussions.
The Georgian Rugby Union's continued use of PolarCap® aligns with a growing list of teams and organizations continuing their agreements, including long-term partnerships with Finnish ice hockey team KalPa, Swedish champions Skellefteå AIK, and the recent extension by French rugby club Racing 92.

PolarCool now has a strong foothold in World rugby with customers providing the treatment across nine countries. The agreement with the Georgian Rugby Federation is strategically important, even if the financial impact of individual agreements is limited.
