In accordance with the decision of Posti Group Corporation's Annual General Meeting held on April 15, 2026, approximately 40% of the fixed annual remuneration of the Board of Directors will be paid in Posti Group Corporation shares acquired from the market. The shares will be acquired on behalf and in the name of the Board members. In accordance with this resolution, shares have been transferred to Jukka Leinonen as follows:
