Posti Group to launch a share buy-back program

On April 28, 2026, the Board of Directors of Posti Group Corporation decided to launch the repurchase of the company's own shares based on the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting held on April 15, 2026.

Within the framework of the program, a maximum of 350,000 of the company's own shares will be repurchased, which corresponds to approximately 0.86% of all company shares. The company's unrestricted equity will be used for the repurchase of shares. The shares will be repurchased in public trading on Nasdaq Helsinki at the market price prevailing at the time of repurchase. The maximum amount of money to be used for the repurchase of the company's own shares is EUR 4,500,000.

The repurchase of the company's own shares will commence on August 18, 2026 at the earliest, and will be concluded no later than January 29, 2027. The repurchased shares will be used for the company's long-term share-based incentive programmes or other share rewards. Posti Group does not currently hold treasury shares.

The company's own shares will be repurchased in accordance with the safe harbor procedure under Article 5 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU No. 596/2014) and the European Commission's Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

Posti Group has appointed a third-party broker as the manager of the buyback program. The broker will make trading decisions independently of Posti Group and without its influence.
